|Golf was first played at Knocke-sur Mer at the turn of the century in 1899. Originally an off-shoot of the Bruges Golf and Sports club, it continued under the management of that club until 1909, when the two clubs agreed to separate and it became the 'Knocke Golf Club'.
Nested in a slightly wild landscape, the club offers two courses: "l'Extérieur" (Championship Course), with its reputation for being selective, particularly in high winds, and "l'Intérieur" (Executive Course), an executive course. Greens noted for their quality and a comfortable clubhouse are just two of the attractive features of this golf club.
The Guest Department of the Club-House has 7 prestigious twin-bedded rooms,
with a unique view over the fairway. Not only golfers, but all hotel-guests are welcome!
